Coconut Milk Latte from Devan Malone

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups prepared coffee (whatever roast you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • dash of cinnamon, optional

Directions:

  1. Pour the coffee and coconut milk into a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-high for about a minute, or until the coconut milk is completely incorporated.
  3. Pour into a mug or serve over ice. You can spoon the frothed coconut milk on top for some “foam.”

Pro tip: You can adjust the amount of coconut milk to fit your taste buds.
