Jazzercise
This is not your mother’s Jazzercise.

Looking for a way to get the young ladies in your life up and moving? Jazzercise is making it easier than ever.

In 2017, the company launched a national community service initiative to offer free, year-long membership for girls ages 16-21 — no strings attached.

“Our mission is to start creating healthy exercise habits now that will hopefully stay with them for life,” says Heather Abed, owner of Jazzercise Little Rock. “Plus, it is a great way to build confidence and self esteem in these young ladies.”

Classes use Top 40 hits as a backdrop for mixing modern dance choreography with kickboxing and Pilates moves. Find the details at Jazzercise.com/Community/GirlForce.
