Downtown Dining Offers Healthy Office Options
The struggle to keep your lunchtime healthy is real, especially in the middle of a busy workday. Luckily, downtown Little Rock has some new, fresh options to make your life easier.
First up is Dayjenay, a delivery-only food service for those days when you’re rushing between meetings. Just choose your meal from a rotating menu (think Korean barbecue tacos, oven roasted pork tenderloin and California spinach salad) and it arrives at your doorstep in about 20 minutes.
If you’re looking to get out of the office, try Green Leaf Grill, which has its own registered dietitian on staff. This restaurant features lots of wholesome eats, including Simply 600, a daily lunch entree option balancing protein, whole grains and vegetables with no more than 600 calories, 20 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat or 600 milligrams of sodium.
So long, PB&J.
